When you roll on the injury table for Snotlings, a roll of a 1 is knocked down 2-3 means stunned and 4-6 means OoA. After those you're basically heading towards Slaneesh and Tzeentch teams before you get to even whackier stuff like Border Princes, Araby, Cathay, Firmir, Albion etc.

You've also got Khorne and Bretonnians as teams from the computer game that could easily be adapted to the tabletop. They could get redone as Kislev, like they were in the Blood Bowl 2 computer game. Slann are persona non grata due to how much they've changed in Warhammer lore - even given the fact that Blood Bowl is basically an alternative dimension WHFB world. That'll leave, what, Vampires, Norse, Khemri, and Slann?
